This delightful cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and is situated opposite the duckpond in beautiful Bonchurch village. Recently redecorated to a high standard, on the ground floor there is an open-plan living / dining room with comfy sofas, flat screen smart tv, and dining table and chairs. This leads to a compact galley kitchen with microwave, electric oven and washing machine.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with king size bed (5ft) with pretty views overlooking the village pond and to the rear there is a twin room (which can become another double) and a bathroom with shower over bath. From the kitchen to the rear there is a small gated courtyard which is perfect for storing bicycles and to the front there is a paved terrace with picnic table and chairs which overlooks the pond.
