A very spacious room, with a large bay window and stunning view. Furnished with a kingsize wooden bed, two double wardrobes and large dresser.
Room 2
With views up to St. Boniface Down, this room has a double bed and small double wardrobe.
Room 3
With 180 degree sea views from the second floor this room has a double bed and double wardrobe.
Room 4
With two windows looking out to sea and 180 degree sea views, this room has a kingsize bed and double wardrobe.
Room 5
This room has views up to St.Boniface Down and can either be made up with a Superking size bed or two single beds, and also has a double wardrobe.

Utility Room

The kitchen is spacious and has a large dining table seating up to 10. It is fully equipped, with a large five burner gas range, expresso machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice maker and a wine cooler.
Lounge
With great views and again, very spacious, the lounge benefits from having a flat screen TV with FreeSat channels, DVD player with DVD library, sound system, electric wall fire, two large sofas and two armchairs.
