Location

The Villa is in an enviable location on the Southern tip of the Isle of Wight. It takes less than an hour to cross the Solent by car ferry and as little as fifteen minutes if using one of the high speed foot passenger services.

Once on the Island you can reach us in less than an hour, the drive over is straightforward and the scenery is fantastic.

The main routes to Villa Lavinia are either around the eastern edge of the Island through Sandown and Shanklin, through the centre of the Island via Newport, Godshill and Wroxall or from the west of the Island through Freshwater and along the Military Road.
